They are not honest people, don't stay here.Upon arrival they stated nothing about the pool being under repair and not usable. This would have been a deal breaker.We left a pillow behind (yes our mistake) but clearly you could tell this wasn't a hotel pillow. Was a $300.00 pillow for disable person NOT in a hotel white pillowcase. Multicolored greys, browns, greens and blues. I notified them as soon as it was discovered and they responded that I must have left it elsewhere. Not so, we drove straight through to Calgary on our next stop to Victoria BC. They don't have honest people working here
Really friendly staff. There is this one lady that cooks and cleans for breakfast and man is she grumpy. She cant smile and she is not friendly AT all. Besides her the rest of staff is great. Clean room. Clean hallways. Parking lot is clean. Great place to stay
Travelling across Canada and the states with a dog, and the hotel in Estevan was th best in embracing me and the dog I was travelling with. Often times it feels like having a pet with you is a burden to hotels, NOT HERE!!! They not only took care of me but my dog as well.
My husband and I stayed in the Best Western Estevan on our way to the States, and our experience was excellent! Jameson at the front desk was wonderful and informative- he told us about a 24 hour Border Crossing that we didnt know about. We were able to get through the next day without any hassle. I booked our room through Aeroplan, and was pleasantly surprised that we had a full suite with a stove, sitting area and king sized bed. I would definitely recommend the Best Western in Estevan to friends.
Typical Best Western Hotel. Nice staff. Clean rooms. Tiny pillows. Breakfast was typical for a hotel like this. Limited TV channels. Internet is average. It's perfectly fine, and you won't regret staying here, but you won't remember it either.
