Aces found us the best fare for our flight to the Philippines this December.
Terrible experience, the customer service rep was did not know her job at at all, gave me a price on flights but told me Id receive a call back for cheaper flights. I explained I wanted to book right now and the prices she had were fine. She wouldnt do it so I waited for a call at 2 like she said. No one called. I come back at 3, they closed at 2!. So basically wasted my time and the seats I wanted arent available anymore. I dont recommend this to anyone
