Bad roads
Friendly place, usually quiet or a party going on, ive lived down here a few times and i enjoy it :)
The rent is the highest in Estevan, 620.00 the roads are like a third world country, there is additional fees for sewer, sewer maintenance,water, water maintenance,drainage maintenance, , you have to pay 55.00 per month min.base fee,if you use any thing that can double.this is additional to rent.
Nothing like paying $8,000.00 a year for lot rent when you own your trailer. Property tax for houses is a third the price. Slumlord at its best
the place is crap! if you go here bring a lifted truck and a boat you never know what you will need.
